Michael Hahn
Born on the 15th day of the 5th month of the 55th year as the 5th son of Elizabeth and Dr. Wilfrid Hahn, Michael Hahn was raised in San Antonio and heavily influenced by his older male siblings and his younger sister. Visual Arts have always played a prominent role in the Hahn family and photography has been a Hahn passion since childhood.
"I graduated from East Texas State University at Commerce with a major in Computer Science and numerous classes in journalism and photography. The E.T.S.U. program was fantastic and the professors were extraordinary. My favorite type of photography leans towards portraits. Digital photography provides some great modern tools for photographers but I simply won't heavily Photoshop an image. For me, it is all about the capturing of a split second, using all the ingredients found in the scene and capturing their relationship with and influence on each other."
